1. Your account
You create an account with a work email address, confirmed by a six digit code. You are responsible for the activity on your account and on the accounts of users you invite, and for keeping sign in details private. You must be able to enter into a contract on behalf of the business you sign up for.
2. The service
ProductionPlanning.ai is production scheduling software delivered in the browser. The features included in each plan are listed on the pricing page. We improve the service over time, and we do not remove a feature from a plan you are paying for during the period you have paid.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Every plan is a subscription per plant, billed monthly or yearly in advance.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.
- A plant is one site with its own shop floor and its own set of work centers.
- Line and Plant are paid by card. Group and Enterprise can be paid by invoice with payment terms.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are added where the law requires.
- If we change a price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
- There is no free plan. The demo on the home page is free and needs no account.
4. Changing plans and cancelling
You can move to a higher plan at any time, with the difference prorated for the current period. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and we do not refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into the service. You give us the right to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You can export it at any time as spreadsheets. After your subscription ends, we delete your plant's data, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to upload malicious code, to try to access other customers' data, to overload or probe the service, or to resell it without our written agreement.
7. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times, apart from planned maintenance, which we announce in advance where we can. Support is by email at [email protected]. Enterprise customers receive the service levels agreed in their contract.
8. Responsibility for the schedule
The service calculates schedules from the data you enter. Decisions about production, delivery dates and commitments to your customers remain yours. The service is provided as described on this site, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or leaves invoices unpaid after a reminder, and we tell you why. You can end the contract at any time by cancelling your subscription.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell account holders by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
