- What counts as a plant?

A plant is one site with its own shop floor and its own set of work centers. Two buildings on one site that share a planner and a schedule count as one plant. Two sites in different towns count as two.
- Is there a free version?

There is no free plan. The production scheduling demo on the home page runs the real engine on a week of orders, free and without an account, so you can see the result before you pay.
- Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Move up or down at any time. Moving up takes effect straight away and the difference is prorated. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?

The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Before that date you can export everything as spreadsheets. After it, the plant's data is deleted.
- Can we pay by invoice?

Group and Enterprise plans can be paid by invoice with payment terms, against your purchase order. Line and Plant are paid by card.
- Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. The price on this page is the whole price. Enterprise includes a dedicated onboarding lead in the subscription.
